By accessing or using SA'ADAH Books (saadahbooks.uz), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Use of Service
SA'ADAH Books is an online bookstore serving customers in Uzbekistan. You may use our services to browse and purchase books. You must be at least 13 years old to use our service.
3. Accounts and Authentication
We use Telegram-based authentication. By signing in with your Telegram account, you authorize us to store your Telegram user information and send you notifications via our Telegram bot.
4. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Uzbek soʻm (UZS). We accept Click, Payme, UZCARD, and HUMO payments. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.
5. Delivery
We deliver nationwide across all 14 regions of Uzbekistan. Delivery times are 2–7 business days depending on your location and chosen delivery method. Free delivery for orders over 100,000 soʻm.
6. Returns and Refunds
Books in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Damaged or defective books will be replaced at no charge. Contact us via Telegram or email to initiate a return.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, and the SA'ADAH Books brand — is our property. Books sold are original licensed copies; reproduction or resale is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
SA'ADAH Books is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of our service, delays due to force majeure, or issues with third-party payment or delivery providers.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
